Order Processing Times

  • Custom wig orders with customization: Processing takes 2–3 weeks. This includes construction, customization, styling, coloring, and quality checks.

  • Hair extensions, wigs, or tools with no customization: Processing takes 2–5 business days.

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your order ships or ready for pick up.


Shipping Times

  • After processing is complete, shipping takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier.

  • All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume seasons.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. DMuses Hair Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed to the carrier, DMuses Hair Co is not liable for:

  • Delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery errors caused by the carrier

For issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders immediately:

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

  • Custom wig orders cannot be modified after submission.
